Order Syncing Rakuten Super Logistics pulls the order information required for shipping (shipping address, item SKU(s), quantity, email address for shipping, etc.)
Tracking Updates Once the order ships, Rakuten Super Logistics will post tracking number and carrier code back to ShipStation. ShipStation then submits tracking updates to your customer and/or e-commerce selling channel.

There is no additional fee required, any merchant that has an account with Rakuten Super Logistics and ShipStation can use the integration. Merchants should provide Rakuten Super Logistics with the API key information from ShipStation, and then Rakuten Super Logistics can quickly turn on the integration from their end.
