2Making a watch with no face seems counter-intuitive at first, but then it just all makes sense. But where did you get the idea to make it?

Yea, right? It came from my heart, applied with an ideology reflecting the current times of our society.

You have such a niche product and such a huge following, how did you go about attaining it?

Oh I think that our following is quite niche, thus far at least. The nice thing is though that the people who support and believe in the Infinity Piece make up a wide variety of character and cultures. I think interest initially stemmed from those who were aware of the videos I have been creating over the last years as a profession. From there, word of mouth has definitely helped significantly….the piece does a lot of talking itself.

1Any tips for other business owners who have a product that many people don’t yet know they need/want?

Be 100% sure that starting a business, is EXTREMELY difficult. If you can deal with that, then you will for sure succeed. Everything else is just touch and go, it’s the overall mentality of succeeding that you have to master.

How has ShipStation helped you with your business?

Simply by being a tool of necessity that is easy to utilize. There’s so much that goes into logistics of packing and shipping goods, it’s nice to have an easy way to get the product where it needs to go.

What’s your favorite ShipStation feature?

Probably the tracking of our domestic orders.
