It’s that time of the year again: the holiday season. Your sales start ramping up, and your own spending becomes a little less discretionary and more “That looks amazing as a present for my sister.” Both as a business and as a person, you need to know when to ship out your packages so that they arrive in time for those special days. So, we’ve created another handy infographic (& wallpaper this year!) for you to easily know all those “ship by” dates & carrier service changes.
This year, we created the infographic at a size that fits most widescreen monitors, so you can just leave it up as your desktop wallpaper and never worry about finding it again when you need to know the dates.
|1920 x 1200||1920 x 1080||1600 x 900||1440 x 900|
|1366 x 768||1280 x 720|
- Cutoff dates for shipping to International & Military addresses via USPS
- FedEx Same Day service information
- Canada Post’s Suggested Mail-by Dates
As with everything, here’s a word of caution: most of the carriers have special rules about their “guaranteed delivery” dates, so make sure that you read the fine print. Shipping earlier rather than later is always a good idea. Clearly labeling your last “ship by” dates for the holidays on your website can help to alleviate customer questions and potential frustration. Above all, expect something to go wrong. Then, if it does, you’re prepared. If not, you’re happily surprised (and a bit relieved).
Remember, we’re here to help. If you have any tips or questions, drop us a line in the comments. Happy shipping! :)
