    • Online spending is steady. 52% of consumers feel more comfortable spending than they did a year ago.
    • 69% of consumers say they prefer to shop online right now in order to avoid germs in stores.
    • 68% of consumers said they expect merchants and retailers to offer buy online, pickup in store options indefinitely.
    • Over half say they expect brands to offer free returns and extended return windows indefinitely.
