In your ShipStation account, you\u2019ll see the \u201cSupport\u201d tab located on the right side of the top menu bar. Here you\u2019ll have access to, and be able to search through our resources, either individually or all at once through our simple, but powerful \u201cFind Answers\u201d search field. Through these multiple resource channels, you\u2019re sure to find what you\u2019re looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"h-free-assistance-available-24x7\">Free assistance available 24&#215;7<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the most out of ShipStation, even if it\u2019s in the middle of the night, we have a number of information-packed resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\" id=\"h-guides-amp-videos-to-help-you-anytime\">Guides &amp; videos to help you anytime<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.shipstation.com\/\">Knowledge Base and FAQs<\/a> \u2013 Here you\u2019ll find step-by-step guides to using nearly all of our features and resolutions to the most common problems. Need some help setting up your 4&#215;6 thermal label printer or printing out SCAN forms for USPS? We\u2019ve got you covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How-to-Videos<\/a> \u2013 Like to watch instead of read?
