When creating content for your company’s partner page, we’d like you to keep a few things in mind. The central question to answer on this page is “what should ShipStation users know about my company?”

ShipStation users come in all shapes and sizes and come to us to solve their shipping needs. While you should use consistent messaging, we expect you to avoid copy and paste from your website and tailor your message to the audience. Also avoid overly sales-focused language or jargon in your descriptions.

A few other best practices: write from the third-person voice and avoid the passive voice, use the Oxford comma, and use ecommerce without dashes or camelCase.
