AUSTIN, Texas — November 15, 2018—ShipStation, the leading web-based e-commerce shipping solution, has been named a Top Workplace for 2018 by the Austin American-Statesman. This is the second year in a row the Austin-based software company has been included in the Top Workplaces list.

Once a company has been nominated, Energage administers anonymous surveys to gather feedback from employees about specific aspects of their workplace culture. Employees are asked how they feel about company values, organizational leadership, the office environment, and how the business supports their wellbeing.
Whether a company is included in the Top Workplaces list is based solely on the responses provided by its workforce. While any Central Texas company with 50 or more employees was eligible for nomination, only 101 were named Top Workplaces this year.
