We want to hear about it—and turn it into a full video ShipStation customer story, filmed right at your warehouse or store.
If we feature you, our team will come out to you. We’ll film interviews and footage of your operation in action, then turn it into a video story we’ll share on our blog, in our marketing, and in front of an audience of ecommerce sellers and shippers looking for exactly the kind of proof you can offer—just in time for peak.

What we’re looking for
- You use ShipStation or ShipStation API to run your shipping operation.
- You’ve got a real before-and-after ShipStation customer story: a challenge you faced, and what changed once you solved it.
- You’re open to a video shoot at your location—our team on-site for interviews and footage of your operation.
