What qualifies as a referral?
Any account that continues beyond the 30 day trial period is considered a referral. Basically, the referral is recorded when the customer pays their first invoice and ships their first package.
How are referrals tracked?
We use a third-party service called Ambassador to track referrals. With your account, you can go check on your referral history at any time!
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid once per month on referrals that qualified in the prior month.
How are commissions paid?
When your Ambassador account has been established, you’ll be able to log in and specify a PayPal account where you’d like to receive commission payments.
