We have integrations with eBay, Amazon, Buy.com, Etsy, Newegg, Yahoo, Magento, Shopify, Volusion, Zen Cart, PayPal, BigCommerce, and more!
Sales channels are platforms upon which you can build many stores. At ShipStation, we will only look at how many different platforms, or channels, you use with our software, not how many stores you have on each. So, for example, if you have 2 eBay stores, we only count that as one sales channel: eBay. If you branch out to include an Amazon store with your two eBay stores, that counts as two sales channels: eBay and Amazon.
We define a shipment as whenever you print a label or fulfill an order via Amazon (FBA). Re-printing a label and voided shipments do not count, but re-shipping an order (meaning, generating a new label) will.
You will be billed at the end of your 30-day free trial. You can easily cancel online, anytime during your trial, without being charged. If you’re unhappy, for any reason, within 90 days of your first payment, we’ll give you a full refund.
Absolutely! ShipStation does not require a long-term contract.
The monthly fees listed above include everything except your postage and insurance costs!
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
