  • What marketplaces and shopping cart solutions do you support?

    We strive to be there for wherever you sell and however you ship, so we’re always working towards having every shopping cart solution ever. For the full list of our partners, check out this page.

  • How do I count up how many sales channels I'm using?

    We count sales channels as the different methods by which you sell: Amazon, eBay, your own website, etc. For instance, if you have 2 eBay stores, that only counts as one sales channel: eBay. If you add a Shopify store, now you are selling across 2 platforms: eBay & Shopify. You can have as many individual stores on each of the sales channels as you want; we’ll only count the different marketplaces or carts.

  • What type of support do you offer?

    We offer free support to all our subscribers via our e-mail helpdesk, live & on-demand webinars, knowledge base. Gold, Platinum, and Enterprise plans also get live chat support. Our techs are here from 8a and 8p CT, though we’re always monitoring ShipStation for any emergency issues. You can view our entire support policy here.

  • What counts as a shipment?

    Any label that is generated through ShipStation or any external fulfillment (like FBA) requested through ShipStation is considered a single shipment. Reprinting a prior shipping label is not counted as an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order (as in generating a new label) is counted.

  • Are there any other fees?

    We won’t charge you any additional fees outside of the subscription cost. You are responsible for the cost of your postage and insurance, however. For prepaid postage (from USPS), you can setup certain auto-refill amounts. For all the post-billed postage (from FedEx, UPS, etc.), you’ll be billed just like you always have been.

  • Can I change my plan?

    Sure thing! It’s easy to change your account’s plan to a different one. We’ll be there if you have a sudden influx of orders and need to ship more than what your previous plan allowed. (In case you have a downturn, that’s no problem, either; we’ll be there.)

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?

    Absolutely! Once you sign into the app, you can cancel your account by going into the settings and going to your subscription plan. We’ll be sad to see you go!

  • When will I be charged?

    We will not charge you a dime unless you upgrade your subscription. If you need to purchase insurance or postage, we’ll collect billing information then for those partners. If you want to upgrade to a ShipStation subscription, we’ll bill you at the end of your 30-day free trial for the plan that you choose.
