Very excited about Jane.com

When two extremely customer-centric teams get together, you know great things will happen.

Sellers using the popular deals site see big spikes in their sales when their products are featured. The Jane (formerly VeryJane.com) team discovered that ShipStation was the perfect tool for many of their sellers to use to best handle these big upticks in orders. They even went as far as to post a video showing their users how to use our system via its manual importing capabilities. Manual imports are cool and, in and of themselves, can really bring some efficiencies to your order processing, but the folks at Jane and us here at ShipStation knew that a partnership needed to be forged in order to give our mutual users the very best experience and the most efficient Jane.com order processing flow.

After some hard work and a few tears, today we are super excited to announce that Jane.com is now fully integrated into the ShipStation application.

Some notable features of this integration are:

  1. Tracking Information – We send the tracking information back to Jane as soon as you create your label. (Psst, this satisfies Jane’s requirement for tracking info!)
  2. Shipment Status – Shipping statuses are posted back into your Jane account.
  3. Product Information – We import all the product options chosen by the customer straight into your account.

Current Jane.com / ShipStation users can easily connect their Jane account to ShipStation via the Stores section within the settings of their account.
