Where did you come up with the idea to create the edible image lollipops?

We sought a way to fully customize edible favors to match any event theme or party. We had so many requests for lollipops that do not have a matching commercial mold and we started making our own molds. Ultimately we wanted to come up with a way where the lollipop possibilities could be literally endless. We succeeded with our edible art lollis! We can’t make them fast enough!!

I’ve seen some sugar work done, but never this clear! Any tips you can share? :)

Our lollipops are hand made and hand polished! We use real sugar that is boiled in small batches. Real sugar when properly prepared is clear as glass.

How has ShipStation helped you with your business?

ShipStation has SAVED our business. Not just helped us. We assign orders to our production employees and they prepare the candies to order. Once complete they assign their orders to shipping and the orders are packaged to ship. We used to have a spreadsheet to organize hundreds of orders and deadline dates. We can now sort orders, check their status and organize them by demand.

What’s your favorite ShipStation feature?

I love the reports! It helps us keep up with shipping cost, allows us to easily see where we are shipping to the most, keeps up with postage purchase history, I mean all of the reports are great. Also, the ShipStation support is so thorough – any question I have had has been easily answered thanks to the support system!
