Service Overview: This service ships to over 200 countries. Tracking is provided from your door up to the destination country.

Financial Details: The maximum value of goods allowed is £1,000 GBP. There is no default coverage for loss or damage included, so you may add third-party insurance if desired. Duties and taxes are unpaid by the sender, meaning the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Package Limits: The maximum weight for a package is 2 kg. For dimensions, the longest side cannot be more than 60 cm. Additionally, the combined total of the length, width, and height cannot exceed 90 cm.

 

Standard International

Service Overview: This service provides tracking from door to door.

Financial Details: The maximum value of goods varies by country up to $2500 USD. Default coverage is included for up to £50 against loss or damage plus shipping costs. Duties and taxes are unpaid by the sender, meaning the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Package Limits: The maximum weight for a package is 10 kg. For dimensions, the longest side cannot be more than 100 cm. Additionally, the combined total of the length, width, and height cannot exceed 150 cm.

GlobalPost Plus

Service Overview: GlobalPost Plus is an international DDP service currently shipping from Great Britain to the United States, with more destinations coming soon. Tracking is provided from door to door, and the estimated transit time is 6 to 10 days.

Financial Details: The maximum value of goods allowed is £2,500. Default coverage is included for up to £50 against loss or damage plus shipping costs. Because this is a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, you, the shipper, pay for duties and taxes rather than the recipient. These fees are billed to your account after customs processing.

Package Limits: The maximum weight for a package is 10 kg. For dimensions, the longest side cannot be more than 100 cm. Additionally, the combined total of the length, width, and height cannot exceed 150 cm.

How do I access the service?

GlobalPost services are available to all ShipStation users. They will come up automatically as a delivery option for any relevant international shipment.

In some cases, you may need to toggle the service on or reactivate it.  Simply go to the carrier settings in your ShipStation account and activate/reactivate GlobalPost as a carrier option.

Optional additional parcel insurance is available at the point of purchase on all services. To make a claim you’ll need to fill out a Claims form.
