ShipStation Partners with Parcel Delivery Company DPD
Integration gives direct access to DPD labels without prerequisites or requirements and supports existing invoiced account holders
ShipStation, the leading web-based e-commerce delivery solution, announced today that it has launched its integrated relationship with DPD, one of United Kingdom’s leading parcel delivery companies. UK-based ShipStation customers are now able to directly access DPD rates—through the ShipStation Carrier Services program—and connect existing accounts in the app.
Competitive DPD rates are available in a single online postage account easily accessible within ShipStation. Users can set up auto-funding and maintain a single balance to start printing labels for any carrier in the ShipStation Carrier Services program. ShipStation supports DPD services from Two Day to Next Day, as well as Saturday service and DPD Classic and merchants can let customers create returns labels through ShipStation’s innovative Branded Returns Portal.
Existing invoiced account holders can connect their accounts and print DPD labels with their negotiated rates and save time and money with ShipStation’s shopping cart and marketplace syncing, automation rules, and bulk printing.
“Partnering with DPD allows us to give our users access to one of the UK’s leading time-critical couriers,” said Robert Gilbreath, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Partnerships at ShipStation. “This gives merchants on ShipStation a broad array of service options and the ability to directly print labels however they choose to dispatch.”
Through this integrated relationship, ShipStation has expanded the delivery options for new businesses and online entrepreneurs with access to the same great tools and rates as established retailers. Merchants will be able to expand their delivery and fulfilment choices to fit their strategy and business needs.
ShipStation now provides access to seven leading UK courier brands, including DPD and Amazon FBA, in one place through seamless integrations and direct access through the ShipStation Carrier Services program.
