One of the challenges of processing orders in batch is that you can lose track of the inventory that is associated with each shipping label. ShipStation has several features that help in this area:
Configurable Printing Options
ShipStation’s various printing options help to keep things organized. For example, you can print your shipping labels on one half of each page and the corresponding packing slips on the other half. Or if you use a label printer, you can print alternating labels and packing slips so that everything is ordered correctly.
Label Message
ShipStation allows you to print a message on each shipping label which can include your item SKUs, descriptions, or several other fields. For example, if a buyer ordered 2 apples and 5 oranges, the label message could read “Apple (2), Orange (5)”.
