Drop off time: For the best chance of Next Day delivery, drop off your parcel by 12:00 Monday to Saturday. (Peak Season Update: Drop off by 11:00 am from November 1st to December 31st)
Delivery Time: 1 – 2 days excluding Sundays.
Type & Dimensions: Domestic shipments up to 15kg weight, 120cm length, and 245cm girth. If dropping at a locker, the dimensions must not exceed 69cm x 39cm x 57cm.
Tracking & Proof: Tracking is included. Proof of delivery is an image taken at the time of delivery with the ability to pinpoint the delivery location.
Why use it: Evri offers both Parcelshops and lockers providing 24-hour access. No need for a printer, as both Parcelshop and lockers have the ability to print the label at the location.
Evri Standard (Parcelshop Drop off)
Drop off time: Drop off by 12:00 Monday to Saturday. (Peak Season Update: Drop off by 11:00 am from November 1st to December 31st)
Delivery Time: 2 – 4 working days excluding Sundays. Note that Highlands & Islands have extended transit times.
Ideal for: Competitive rates with quality of delivery service and ease of access to drop-off points.
Collection Time: Collections are available Monday to Saturday. (Peak Season Update: Booking by 11:00 am from November 1st to December 31st)

Maximum Dimensions & Weight: Maximum length 35cm, width 23cm, depth 1-3cm, with a maximum weight of 250g. (Peak Season Update: Booking/Drop off by 11:00 am from November 1st to December 31st)
Type: Domestic shipments up to 250g that fit through your letterbox.
Ideal for: Competitive rates with quality of delivery service and ease of access to drop-off points or arranging a collection.
Tracking & Proof: Full end-to-end tracking is available. No specific proof of delivery image is provided.

To ship a package with Evri follow these steps.
Pack your item securely and ensure you declare the correct weight. Choose an Evri service based on speed and budget. Drop off Parcels will generate a physical label and QR code providing the ability to print the label at the drop off point.
Sending your package is based on the chosen service, either Print at Home or QR code (Drop off Only).
If you choose to Print at Home, attach the label to the Parcel. Take it to the drop off point, Parcelshop or Locker. Handover the parcel to capture the first scan evident at either the locker, at the shop counter, or when collected by the Evri courier.
If you choose to Print the label at the locker or Parcelshop, scan the QR code at the Parcelshop or Locker. The label will be generated in store or at the locker. Apply it to the parcel. Handover the parcel to capture the first scan evident at either the locker, at the shop counter, or when collected by the Evri courier.
All Evri parcels will be delivered to either a leave safe location if the recipient is not available or to an alternative neighbouring property. In the event that you do not wish for the parcel to be left safe, you can for an additional premium add, Household signature providing assurance your parcel is in safe hands.
Evri International services are currently not available.
Sunday collection and delivery is not option available on Shipstation.
Evri typically attempts deliveries from Monday to Saturday, making up to three delivery attempts if necessary. Standard delivery hours are usually up to 8pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and up to 6pm on Saturdays, though the precise daily cut-off times are ultimately dependent upon current Evri delivery volumes.
