Sunday delivery is not an option available on labels purchased through ShipStation. Customers will their own DPD carrier account may be able to use Sunday services depending on their agreement with DPD.
Cut-off times for delivery are dependant upon DPD UK volumes and deliveries, typically deliveries are from 8am until 6pm. DPD UK will attempt two delivery attempts then divert to a Parcelshop, with all updates available via the DPD App. Deliveries are Monday to Friday as standard.
