Delivery Time: 3-5 days (Monday to Saturday)
Shipment Type: Domestic shipments only.
Weight/Size Limit: Up to 10 kgs in weight, with a maximum size of 6ocm x 50cm x50cm

Proof of Delivery: Yodel will deliver your parcel to a safe location, providing photographic evidence of the delivery location.

You can book delivery directly to your customer’s door or drop off parcels at any of Yodel’s 5,000+ local stores, many of which are open early and late, seven days a week.
To ship a package with Yodel, first, pack your item securely and state the correct weight. Next, select the specific Yodel service you need.
Depending on your choice, you will either print the label at home, attach it to the parcel, and take it to a Yodel drop-off point for its initial scan, or you can opt for the Print At Store service. With the latter, you display a QR code to the store counter, and the drop-off staff will print and apply the label, providing you with a receipt.
Yodel provides access to the Yodel App, enabling up-to-date tracking of your parcel, together with options for the receiver to divert the parcel or choose a safe place location for delivery.
No, Yodel only offers domestic services to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
